What contract lengths are available?
Praxis is available on a monthly rolling basis or with an annual commitment. Annual plans receive a 10% discount. All plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
What currencies can I pay in?
Pricing is listed in NGN per user per month for Core and Nexus. We also support USD, GHS, and ZAR billing for eligible teams. Contact our team to arrange local currency invoicing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New workspaces include a 14-day Nexus Experience trial with up to 20 users, full mail features, 100-person Rooms, unlimited meeting duration, approval workflows, 500 AI credits, 500 automation runs, 2 AI agents, and 5 GB workspace storage.
Can I upgrade from Core to Nexus later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Your data, automations, and agent configurations carry over without any migration required. You will be billed the pro-rated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Does Core include the main Praxis tools?
Yes. Core includes the main Praxis workspace tools. The difference between tiers is capacity and control: AI credits, storage, meeting scale, automation runs, agent count, form response volume, and admin features.
What is Praxis Agba?
Agba is for enterprise deployments that need SSO, SCIM, audit logs, data residency, custom retention, private AI models, dedicated infrastructure, on-prem deployment, or compliance support - scoped and delivered as part of your contract, with a dedicated success manager.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
If the workspace does not subscribe, it becomes read-only. Teams cannot create meetings, send email, use AI, or run automations. Data is retained for 30 days so purchase approval can happen before the workspace is archived or deleted.
Is there a minimum paid workspace size?
Yes. Paid Praxis workspaces start at a minimum of 3 users, with future exceptions reserved for education or nonprofit programs.
